Their pre-debut song “Drop” also increased dramatically, jumping from No. 68 to No. 29.
In the meantime, Mrs. GREEN APPLE keeps on top of the charts. Their single “Lilac” remains at No. 2, having spent 52 weeks on the chart and 37 weeks in the top 3. Their new anime tie-in single “KUSUSHIKI” enters at No. 6, leading downloads and placing high in streaming and video. With five tracks in the top 10 — “Darling” (No. 5), “Que Sera Sera” (No. 8), and “Soranji” (No. 10) among them — the group has a strong 18 songs on the chart this week.
AKB48’s 65th single “Masaka no Confession” debuts at No. 3, boosted by more than 512,000 physical sales, topping physical sales this week.
Sakanaction’s “Kaiju” falls to No. 4, equaling their own record for longest chart run at 10 (7 weeks), while their older single “Shintakarajima” re-enters after almost 5 years.
On radio, the No. 1 record is BILLY BOO’s anime closing theme “Rhapsody” at No. 77 overall.
And with sakura season at its peak, Aimyon’s “Sakura ga Furu Yoru wa” returns to the chart with significant increases in streaming, radio, and karaoke.
